We haul most compact and mid-size construction equipment. Typical limits are up to 35,000–48,000 lb, 8.5–10 ft wide, and up to ~12 ft 6 in tall on the trailer (varies by route and trailer). Larger/oversize or overweight moves may require permits, escorts, or special routing. Share the make/model, weight, and dimensions and we’ll confirm the best trailer and final clearance.

Often, yes. Same-day pickups are available when you call early and we have a truck nearby. Weekend and after-hours runs are available by appointment and may include an after-hours surcharge. Call and we’ll do our best to fit your timeline.

We use insured carriers that maintain motor carrier liability and cargo coverage for transport-related damage. Your rental agreement and insurance still apply to the machine itself, so please verify that your policy covers the unit while in transit. Proof of carrier insurance is available on request.

No problem, please tell us in advance. We can dispatch winch-equipped or rigging-ready trailers. The unit must be safe to load (able to roll/steer or have accessible lift/tie-down points). Extra time, special equipment, or recovery services may apply.

We include a standard loading/unloading window at each stop. After that, standby time is billed in short increments. Cancellations within 24 hours, on-site no-shows, or missed access windows may incur a fee. Ask us for today’s rates if your schedule is fluid, we’ll work with you.

For smooth scheduling, 24–48 hours is ideal. During peak seasons or for multi-stop routes, please allow 72 hours. Oversize/overweight moves may need 3–5 business days for permits and routing.
