FAQs

What are the weight and dimension limits?

We haul most compact and mid‑size equipment. Typical limits: 35,000–48,000 lb, 8.5–10 ft wide, up to ~12 ft 6 in tall on the trailer (route and trailer dependent). Oversize or overweight may require permits, escorts, or special routing. Share make/model, weight, and dimensions and we will confirm final clearance.

Do you offer same-day or weekend pickups?

Often, yes. Same‑day is possible when scheduled earlier in the day and a truck is available or nearby. We will do everything we can to accommodate special requests.

Is the equipment insured during transport?

Yes, your rental agreement and insurance still apply to the machine during transport. If you utilize your own insurance (COI), please verify that your policy covers equipment during transit.

What if the machine isn’t running?

Tell us in advance if the machine has any starting/running issues, and we can dispatch a winch‑equipped trailer. The unit must be in a safe condition to be loaded. Extra time, special equipment, or recovery services may incur additional costs.

Are there waiting or cancellation fees?

A standard 2-hour loading/unloading window is included with a transport. Standby time after that window has expired will be billed to the customer. On‑site no‑shows, site not accessible or missed access windows may incur a fee.

How far in advance should I book?

For smooth scheduling, 24–48 hours in advance would be ideal. Peak seasons or multi‑stop routes may require 72 hours. Oversize/overweight may need 3–5 business days for permits and routing.
