Service FAQ

Do you provide estimates and hourly rates?

Yes, we provide detailed estimates for all major repairs before work begins. Our standard shop rate is $150/hour, and our field rate for on-site service is $175/hour with a two-hour minimum.

What warranties do you honor?

We stand by our work. All of our repairs include a 90-day warranty on labor. New parts installed by our technicians are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, which we help facilitate.

Do you carry common parts?

Our service trucks are stocked with a wide range of common filters, hydraulic fluids, belts, and fittings to handle most routine maintenance and repairs on the spot. Special order parts typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Are travel fees charged for on-site calls?

Yes. For on-site service, we charge a travel fee based on the distance from our shop in Utah County. Service within a 30-mile radius has a flat travel fee. Please contact us for a quote if your job site is outside this zone.

Do you handle emergency callouts?

Yes, we offer emergency support. Service calls outside of our standard business hours (Mon–Sat, 6am–8pm) are billed at 1.5x our standard field rate and are subject to technician availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. A cancellation fee may be applied for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
